Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Since Twasol is a digital subscription service (SaaS) rather than a physical product, our refund and cancellation policy differs from that of traditional stores. This page explains your rights in detail.
1 Free trial
The initial trial period is completely free and requires no payment card β you can try Twasol and confirm it's the right fit for your store before making any financial commitment.
2 Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Subscriptions" page in the Twasol dashboard, or by uninstalling the app from your Salla or Zid control panel
- When you cancel, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for, after which automatic renewal stops
- No additional charges are deducted after cancellation
3 Refunds for amounts paid
Due to the nature of the digital service (immediate consumption of AI usage credits and message sends), the following policy applies:
- If you experience a substantial technical issue on our end that actually prevented you from using the service during a billing cycle, you're entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the length of the outage
- The value of messages already consumed from your balance during the paid period is not refundable
- Upgrading between plans is automatically prorated for the price difference, with no need to request a separate refund
Note: All refund requests are reviewed manually by our team to ensure fairness in every case β contact us and we'll handle your request with full transparency.
4 How to submit a refund request
Contact us directly via WhatsApp explaining the reason for your request, and we'll respond and review your case within a maximum of 48 business hours.
