By using the Twasol platform (whether the website or the app installed on your Salla or Zid store), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1 Description of the Service

Twasol is a technology platform that connects your online store (on Salla or Zid) to WhatsApp through an AI agent that responds to your customers' inquiries and helps you manage your products, orders, and customers from a single dashboard.

2 Account Creation and Eligibility

You must have an active online store on Salla or Zid to use Twasol
Your account is created automatically when the app is installed, and the merchant is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential
Information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date

3 Subscriptions and Billing

Twasol's services are offered through tiered subscription plans based on usage volume (the number of monthly messages). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless the merchant cancels before the renewal date. 4 Acceptable Use

The merchant agrees not to use the Twasol platform for any purpose that violates the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to:

Sending unlawful or offensive content through the AI agent
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform's technical infrastructure
Impersonating others or misleading customers

Twasol reserves the right to suspend any account that violates these terms without prior notice, where necessary to protect the platform or its users.

5 Intellectual Property

All rights related to the Twasol platform (software, design, and trademark) are owned by the Twasol team. Your store's data (products, orders, customers) remains your property, and we use it only to provide the agreed-upon service.

6 Limitation of Liability

Twasol's services are provided "as is." We make every effort to ensure the service is continuous and stable, but we do not guarantee it will be entirely free of occasional technical issues. Twasol is not liable for any indirect commercial loss resulting from a temporary interruption of the service.

7 Termination of Service

The merchant may uninstall the app and stop using the service at any time from the Salla or Zid dashboard. Twasol also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

8 Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time, and any material change will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
