Every question you have about Twasol, answered here

It replies automatically to your customers' WhatsApp messages using your store's real, live-updated data — your products, prices, stock, and order status — not static info you write once that goes stale a week later. You can customize its name, personality, and return policy from the "AI Assistant" page in the dashboard.

Any order-status inquiry is first verified to confirm the asking customer's phone number actually matches the registered owner of that order in Salla — otherwise it refuses to share any details whatsoever. This security check is mandatory on every single inquiry, with no exceptions.

We have tiered plans based on your monthly usage — a new store pays less than a store handling hundreds of orders a day, and each plan is sized to cover your store's expected volume for the full month. Plans start with Launch at 60 SAR/month, then Growth at 140 SAR/month, Professional at 275 SAR/month, and Business at 450 SAR/month. You can see current pricing and compare plans directly from the subscription page in the dashboard.

Reach our support team on WhatsApp whenever you want to pause or cancel your subscription — cancellation happens right away, with no questions or complicated steps. Note: removing the Twasol app from your Salla dashboard disconnects it from your store, but it does not automatically cancel the subscription itself — contact support to complete the cancellation fully.

Your store's access credentials never reach your browser or any external party whatsoever, and every connection to your store's data passes through a secure gateway that verifies your identity first. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
